Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial and Communications Executive to join our team at Numetrica City Inc. as a Vice President of Financial and Business Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial and administrative strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead and manage a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
  • Manage and oversee the development and implementation of financial and administrative policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior financial and administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Windows.
