As a skilled Esthetician at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, you will provide exceptional service and results to each client. You will be an expert at resolving skin care concerns and customize each facial to individual needs. You will prescribe professional skincare products and promote our exclusive lifestyle membership program.
Responsibilities:- Demonstrate outstanding customer service
- Greet all clients with a warm and inviting manner
- Explain treatment to client before beginning and offer add-ons
- Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness benefits of facials
- Make recommendations on product purchases and facial frequency
- Willingness to learn and understand all spa services and product lines
- Maintain a professional work environment and appearance
- Communicate client updates to Spa Associate or Spa Manager
- Esthetic diploma or equivalent
- Hand & Stone experience preferred
- Dermalogica specialist or expert preferred
- Waxing on all areas including Brazilian
- Knowledge of skincare lines and products
- Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Schedule flexibility
