We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our team at Hand & Stone - Oakville. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our clients, including waxing and laser hair removal.
Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a warm and inviting experience for all clients
- Explain treatments to clients before beginning and offer personalized recommendations for add-ons
- Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials
- Make recommendations on product purchases and facial frequency to clients
- Willingness to learn and understand all spa services and product lines
- Maintain a professional work environment and appearance
- Communicate client updates to Spa Associate or Spa Manager to keep database up to date
- Esthetic diploma or equivalent
- Hand & Stone experience preferred
- Dermalogica specialist or expert preferred
- Waxing on all areas including Brazilian
- Knowledge of skincare lines and products
- Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
- Outstanding and discreet customer service skills
- Schedule flexibility
