About the Role- Lead and manage competitive programs, including planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions.
- Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games.
- Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote a positive and supportive team environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a coaching role, preferably in an urban area or local sports club setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in coaching clinic instruction and marketing plans.
- Excellent oral communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Permanent, full-time position with 30 hours per week.
