Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 CAD, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Study plans, specifications or drawings of articles to be made, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Trim joints and fit parts and subassemblies together to form complete units, reinforcing joints as needed
  • Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain or polish to finished products, preparing and applying laminated plastics when required
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Repair or restyle wooden furniture, fixtures, and related products, showcasing expertise and creativity
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role
  • Personal suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and a team player
