Job Description:

As a Marketing Manager at WAAD Ventures Corporation, you will spearhead our marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives across our diverse portfolio of restaurant brands. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence, elevate customer engagement, and ensure our marketing efforts align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our restaurant brands and drive customer engagement.
  • Lead the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Oversight of marketing materials such as signage, menus, and promotional content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration with operations, culinary, and franchise teams to tailor marketing strategies to individual brands.
  • Analysis of marketing performance metrics and presentation of actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.
  • Management of relationships with media outlets, influencers, and strategic partners to expand brand visibility.
  • Coordination of brand events, sponsorships, and partnerships to strengthen community and industry presence.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and exploring innovative marketing opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, or food industry.
  • Proven success in leading marketing campaigns and managing budgets.
  • Expertise in social media platforms, content marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling.
  • Proficiency in marketing and design tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for hospitality.
