About the Role

Healthy Planet USA is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our team. As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their natural health needs, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement: Engage in meaningful conversations with customers, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide relevant information and guidance on natural health products.
  2. Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets, and work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals.
  3. Product Knowledge and Merchandising: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and other health and beauty items, and replenish and stock merchandise appropriately on displays.
  4. Store Operations: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working and shopping environment, and comply with all company rules, regulations, policies, and sanitation standards.
Requirements
  1. Natural Health Knowledge: Possess knowledge of natural health, including vitamins, supplements, and nutrition.
  2. Health Product Knowledge: Have 1-2 years of experience in health product knowledge, or equivalent.
  3. Sales and Customer Service: Possess basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  5. Physical Demands: Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for at least two consecutive hours, and occasionally lifting and climbing ladders.
