Job Title: Corporate Account Executive



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier companies. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth and revenue expansion through effective business development, account management, and strategic partnership building.



About the Role




  • Create and execute field sales campaigns to generate demand and identify new business opportunities;
  • Prospect, build pipeline, and sell the Tipalti Platform to strategic clients, leveraging your expertise in B2B software sales;
  • Work closely with C-suite executives and stakeholders throughout the sales process to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions;
  • Manage a full pipeline of at least 20+ opportunities at all times, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion;
  • Develop and implement an account penetration model that fosters multi-angle access into key accounts, involving multiple stakeholders in the decision-making process;
  • Design and execute Account Plans for identified strategic accounts, driving the execution of those plans to achieve successful outcomes;
  • Develop and deliver exceptional proposals to C-level prospects, showcasing the value proposition of the Tipalti Platform;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to orchestrate joint vision roadmaps, outlining the benefits that Tipalti will bring and the investments required from clients;
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed performance expectations.


Requirements and Qualifications




  • A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience;
  • A minimum of 4+ years of direct sales experience in the software industry (SaaS solutions);
  • Experience working in a SaaS B2B technology company, with a proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales quotas;
  • Demonstrated success in engaging with all levels within an organization (bottom up and top down) and managing large pipelines with consistent closure rates;
  • Expertise in selling business value to Finance and Business stakeholders using ROI and TCO models, rather than focusing solely on features and functions;
  • Ability to identify strategic client pains and develop unique value propositions that deliver business value to clients;
  • Assertive, passionate, persuasive, positive, consultative, competitive, and excellent oral and written communication skills.

This is a hybrid work environment position, with a requirement to be in-office three days per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment, with a focus on building long-term relationships and driving revenue growth. Estimate Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year



Location: Vancouver or Toronto



Please note that travel requirements may include moderate to significant overnight travel (approximately 25%+/- anticipated). A valid driver's license and ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds are essential for this role. Visual acuity at close ranges is also necessary.
