Licensed Technician

As a Licensed Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and repair work on a variety of OEM brands, including Subaru.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles with efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts and ensure work is performed in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required and advise Service Advisor accordingly.
- Complete and maintain documentation of work performed and road-test vehicles to quality-check work.
- Supervise work of Apprentice technicians and attend factory-sponsored training classes to stay up-to-date on technical bulletins.
Requirements:
- Fully licensed Technician with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of automotive equipment and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with other members of the Service Department team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and ability to work in a collaborative and progressive work culture.
