Role Summary:


We are seeking a skilled Licensed Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and excellence in service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and perform work on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Communicate with parts department for needed parts and save them if under warranty or requested by the customer.
  • Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on work performed.
  • Supervise work of apprentice technicians as assigned.
  • Attend factory-sponsored training classes and stay updated on factory technical bulletins.
  • Ensure shop area is clean and free of safety hazards.
  • Comply with Federal, Provincial, and Municipal regulations.
  • Assist in creating quotes for additional work required.
  • Follow company safety policies and report any accidents to management.

Requirements:
  • Must be a fully licensed Technician.
  • Working knowledge of automotive equipment.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Highly self-motivated and organized individual.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills to work effectively with the Service Department team.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in line with job functions.
  • Valid Canadian driver's license and ability to provide a driver's abstract.
