Senior Vietnamese Culinary Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Vietnamese Culinary Lead to join our team at Green Leaf Vietnamese Bistro. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled chef to lead our kitchen operations and contribute to the success of our restaurant.
Estimated SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Culinary Leadership: Plan and execute menu development, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen operations to ensure high-quality dishes and exceptional customer experiences.
- Chef Training: Train and mentor junior staff members in cooking techniques, menu preparation, and kitchen procedures.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, manage food costs, and ensure efficient use of supplies.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen, adhering to health and sanitation regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a senior chef or culinary lead.
- Proven track record of menu development, kitchen management, and staff training.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
