The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Leadership: Plan and execute menu development, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen operations to ensure high-quality dishes and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Chef Training: Train and mentor junior staff members in cooking techniques, menu preparation, and kitchen procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, manage food costs, and ensure efficient use of supplies.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen, adhering to health and sanitation regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a senior chef or culinary lead.
