Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Qikiqtari Retail Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and determining merchandise and services to be sold.
Key Responsibilities- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including implementing price and credits policies
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to optimize store performance
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives
- 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proactive and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient store operations. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and store performance.
