Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Qikiqtani Retail Services Ltd.
Job Summary:The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our convenience store and gas bar, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of 16-20 staff members
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies
- Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make recommendations for improvement
- Recruit, hire, and train staff, and conduct performance reviews
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, and maintain a fast-paced and efficient work environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or management role
- Equivalent experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and managing a team of staff members.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:The Store Manager will work 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule and occasional overtime as required.
