The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects through the municipal design approval process as the Engineer-of-Record.
  • Direct involvement in detailed engineering design, guidance of technical support staff, and ensuring completion of design objectives.
  • Exercise judgment on engineering requirements identified by municipal jurisdictions.
  • Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and municipal staff, and maintain project records.
  • Meet project milestones and deadlines.
  • Track project progress and obtain authorizations for changes in schedule or scope.
  • Contract administration and management.
  • Responsible for aspects of project management, including budget tracking, invoicing, and accounts receivables.
  • Provide mentorship and evaluation of junior staff.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of local experience in design of land development or capital works projects.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to work simultaneously on several projects.
  • Consistently produce accurate, high-quality work.
