Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Landscape Supervisor to join our team at Stones Edge Landscaping Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Organize and plan the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, taking into account the specific needs of each site.
  • Schedule work to ensure timely completion of projects and maintain a high level of quality.
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including snow removal operations, to ensure that all sites are well-maintained and safe.
  • Train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance standards, schedules, and programs to ensure that all sites are well-maintained and meet the required standards.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
