Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and resident care plans.
  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans to promote optimal health and well-being.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor resident vital signs and report any changes to the Registered Nurse.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Practical Nursing.
  • Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses BC.
  • Successful annual completion of RAI MDS certification as per Ministry of Health requirements for AIS.
  • Current First Aid with CPR.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Long Term Care Experience.
