We're seeking a highly skilled Programme Director to lead our Fusion Programme, supporting our growth strategy for our British Gas field business. As a key member of our Transformation team, you will play a critical role in driving business change and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a strategic focus, ensuring alignment with British Gas Services and Solutions' vision and goals.
- Effectively manage resource allocation and mitigate programme risks through identification, assessment, and resolution.
- Prioritise high-impact activities and develop a stakeholder engagement strategy to align and gain support from key stakeholders.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics for the programme, defining success criteria and ensuring credible planning.
- Balance the risk between the need for change and operational stability, ensuring seamless programme delivery.
- Proven experience in programme leadership, with a track record of delivering complex projects and programmes in the energy, FMCG, or utilities sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM software implementation and experience in managing programmes with medium to high complexity.
- Ability to provide strategic direction in governance, strategy, program management, vendor management, and portfolio management.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering project outcomes for impacted areas, such as process improvement, service management, IT governance, and program management.
- Excellent programme governance knowledge and experience of managing dependencies across multiple projects and programmes.
