About the Job Description
This Operational Readiness Lead role is crucial for ensuring that new initiatives are smoothly integrated into our operations, minimizing disruptions and maximizing efficiency. You will develop and implement comprehensive operational readiness plans for new initiatives, engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment. Your goal will be to identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service continuity, assessing and mitigating risks associated with operational changes.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in ITIL operations, service transition management, or similar roles within a large financial or fintech organization.
- Proven ability to lead stakeholders through change, influencing rather than directing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- ITIL certification or equivalent fluency in the ITIL framework.
- Proficiency as a user of Jira/Kanban, ServiceNow, and observability management tools preferred.
- Project management experience, preferably in Agile frameworks, an asset.
