AUM CAFE INC is looking for a skilled Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team. The successful candidate will have experience in food preparation, kitchen inventory management, and supervising staff. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate special events
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 40 hours per week
