**About the Role**


Undisclosed is seeking a skilled Medical Practitioner to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity.



Key Responsibilities


  • Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health, and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as needed, ensuring the best possible patient outcomes.
  • Provide comprehensive health advice to patients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
  • Report births, deaths, contagious diseases, and other health concerns to relevant authorities, maintaining open communication and cooperation.
  • Act as a patient advocate, ensuring that their needs are met and their rights are respected.
  • Coordinate or manage primary patient care, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality services.
  • Offer counselling and support to patients and their families on a range of health and lifestyle issues, promoting overall well-being.


Requirements


  • A degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry from a recognized institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of medical principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid licensure by provincial or territorial authorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Eligibility for professional liability insurance, protecting both the employer and the practitioner.
  • A criminal record check, verifying the candidate's suitability for the role.
