Technical Business Systems Specialist for Capital Markets

Iris Software Inc., a global leader in technology services, is seeking an experienced Technical Business Systems Specialist to join its team in Toronto, ON. This long-term opportunity offers a chance to work with a top 5 bank on a hybrid position.

As a Technical Business Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business systems in the capital markets sector. Your expertise in requirements planning, data mapping, analysis, use case development, and documentation will be invaluable to our clients.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with at least 8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in securities lending or capital market experience. Your migration project experience, particularly with third-party systems, will be a significant asset. Additionally, your ability to create playbooks and perform dry runs will be essential to your success in this role.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives. Your experience working in various delivery methodologies, such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile, will enable you to adapt to changing project requirements.
