Job Summary

As a Sales Advisor with Estée Lauder - Brand, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced retail environment. Your passion for people and products will ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide welcoming and personalized service to customers
  • Meet customer service and sales targets
  • Build collaborative working relationships with the team
  • Ensure the store meets high standards of visual merchandising

Requirements

  • Previous retail industry experience is desirable
  • Ability to provide inspirational customer service
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country

What We Offer

Anticipated Hourly Range $17.50 to $28.15. The Estée Lauder Companies offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. In addition, the Company maintains highly competitive incentive compensation programs (role eligibility may vary based on terms of the respective plan(s)).
