About the Role:

Lock Search Group is partnering with a leading client in the Medical Aesthetics industry to find a dynamic Clinic Director for their Vancouver location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the clinic's performance management and operational strategy
  • Oversee the annual budget, ensuring financial efficiency and effective resource allocation
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team through regular meetings and development plans, promoting a positive, growth-oriented environment
  • Coordinate daily tasks and supervise operations to drive clinic success and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of team members to ensure a skilled and dedicated workforce
  • Establish operational and material resource requirements to meet business needs
  • Ensure the accuracy of invoices, deposits, batches, and other financial transactions
  • Safeguard customer satisfaction and resolve any dissatisfaction that may potentially arise, fostering a culture of excellence and patient-centric care

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, preferably in retail, for-profit healthcare, or service-based business
  • Proven success in sales and team management, with a track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong leadership skills, with a passion for developing and empowering your team, and excellent business acumen with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
