About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gas Fitter to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a Gas Fitter, you will be responsible for installing and inspecting propane tank systems and related equipment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present a positive image in customer service while installing propane tank systems and related equipment.
  • Conduct scheduled inspections for customers, filling plants and service trucks, assessing potential hazards and reporting as required.
  • Operate a crane truck while following applicable standards during rigging, loading, securing, and transporting of tanks and other equipment.
  • Adhere to all standard work procedures/policies, industry codes, and regulations, with a high standard of safety in all operations.
  • Participate in an on-call program for emergency call outs on some evenings and weekends to service customer needs as required.
About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for gas fitting. You will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and a General or Domestic (Class A or B) Gas Fitter license.
  • Experience in residential and/or commercial propane tank installations, or related experience.
  • A Class 3A license.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
