We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at GS Granite Outlet Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales associates to improve their performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Our store is a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be required to work in a team environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
