We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn & Conference Centre. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
- Recommend additional services required, such as painting or repairs, to maintain the quality of our facilities.
- Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Permanent full-time position.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
- English language required.
