Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Alliance Labeling Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking of goods, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory management and accurate reporting.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of inventory control specialists to ensure high-quality performance.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems, including software and hardware solutions.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in inventory control or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Knowledge of inventory control software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a team of inventory control specialists. The work environment is dynamic, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
