Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at HIGHEND CONVENIENCE STORE. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Manage Cash and Inventory: Handle cash transactions, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records to ensure the store's financial performance.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
- Relocation: Willing to relocate to support the growth of our store.
