We're seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to lead our Mall and Experiential Events Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, planning project deliverables, and ensuring timely budget management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Planning: Develop mall calendars, schedule activities, and create project briefs to drive successful event execution.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with mall vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Budget Management: Oversee monthly mall leasing budgets, invoice scheduling, and vendor payments to meet financial objectives.
  • Resource Planning and Task Management: Coordinate work-back schedules and develop deliverable timelines to ensure projects are completed on time.

**What You'll Bring:**

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a Project or Brand Management role within a Marketing Agency or Communications company.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel for project tracking and budget management.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite (Slides, Excel, Documents, and Sheets).
  • Budget forecasting and management skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and dashboards.

Additional Requirements:

  • Effective communication and organization skills.
  • Able to sell your vision and provide project progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.

**Salary Estimate:** $70,000 - $80,000 per year (plus quarterly performance bonus)
