Closet Installation Team Lead Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Closet Installation Team Lead to join our team at Takade Holdings Corp. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising our closet installers to ensure that all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Supervise Installation Team: Manage and direct the work of our closet installation team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Train and Mentor Team Members: Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and improve overall performance.
  • Review Project Plans and Blueprints: Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate installation of closet systems.
  • Closet Installation: Install closet systems in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial spaces.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with our Sales & Operations manager to provide updates on project progress and identify any issues that may arise.
  • Quality Standards: Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with building codes and regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve installation processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory of materials and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available for each project.
  • Clean and Organized Workspace: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools, equipment, and workspaces.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions that may arise during the installation process.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in closet installation, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
  • Building Codes and Regulations: Solid understanding of building codes and regulations related to closet installation.
  • Tools and Equipment: Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
