Join Our Team as a Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team at Pack-Smart Inc. Automation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in installing and commissioning our cutting-edge high-speed automated packaging machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and commission packaging machinery to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to design, modify, and implement equipment built and functionality.
  • Resolve installation issues, root cause deficiencies, and participate in resolution analyses to identify potential risks during commissioning.
  • Train customers on equipment operation, machine setups, and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and technical communication skills in English.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and design documents.
