Job Title: Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team at HAOHAN CULTURE CO,. LTD. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for building predictive models, communicating the business and technical benefits of the analytic solution to both business and technical audiences, and conducting business and technical studies to aid in decisions on system implementation or migration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build predictive models to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Communicate complex technical information to both business and technical stakeholders
  • Conduct business and technical studies to inform system implementation or migration decisions
  • Design methods of collecting and processing data to answer specific research questions
  • Develop data mapping methods to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Extract information from unstructured sets of data to inform business decisions
  • Highlight key data sources and the methodology to be used on a specific project
  • Provide advice on the selection of automated anomaly detection systems
  • Research data collection and administration policy to ensure compliance
  • Synthesize technical information through creation of data visualization to inform business decisions
  • Use ensemble modeling to combine multiple algorithms to obtain better predictive performance
Requirements:
  • Business intelligence skills to analyze complex data sets
  • Python programming skills to develop predictive models
  • Strong communication skills to communicate complex technical information to both business and technical stakeholders
  • Ability to design and implement data mapping methods to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Ability to extract information from unstructured sets of data to inform business decisions
  • Ability to highlight key data sources and the methodology to be used on a specific project
  • Ability to provide advice on the selection of automated anomaly detection systems
  • Ability to research data collection and administration policy to ensure compliance
  • Ability to synthesize technical information through creation of data visualization to inform business decisions
  • Ability to use ensemble modeling to combine multiple algorithms to obtain better predictive performance
