Job Title: Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team at HAOHAN CULTURE CO,. LTD. As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for building predictive models, communicating complex data insights to both business and technical stakeholders, and conducting business and technical studies to inform system implementation or migration decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data administration policy, standards, and models
  • Research and document data requirements, data collection and administration policy, and data access rules
  • Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models
  • Operate database management systems to analyze data
  • Design methods of collecting and processing data to answer specific research questions
  • Develop data mapping methods
  • Extract information from unstructured sets of data
  • Highlight key data sources and the methodology to be used on a specific project
  • Provide advice on the selection of automated anomaly detection systems
  • Research data collection and administration policy
  • Synthesize technical information through creation of data visualization
  • Use ensemble modelling to combine multiple algorithms to obtain better predictive performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analytics or a related field
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence and data science concepts
  • Proficiency in Python and database management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
