Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

BANSAL LOGISTICS INC. is seeking a skilled Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Drivers: Oversee a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.
  • Monitor and Improve Operations: Identify areas for improvement in our logistics operations and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide training and development opportunities to help team members improve their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members follow health and safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Rentals: Coordinate repairs and rentals of vehicles and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to support our logistics operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer. Willing to relocate.

  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Organized: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
