Job Description:

Project Coordinator

This role involves supporting the Project Manager in planning and managing small to large-sized projects. We're seeking an individual with sound judgment, autonomous problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a desire to overcome challenges. Attention to detail and quality assurance are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain schedules for project phases
  • Monitor project lifecycles to ensure deliverables meet standards, deadlines, and budgets
  • Understand statement of work and flag scope changes
  • Manage third-party vendors

Core Skills:

  • Prepare for weekly status meetings
  • Work closely with internal and external teams, ensuring team members and partners are updated on project status
  • Ensure team meets deadlines with deliverables
  • Lead quality control procedures, making corrections as needed
  • Review and evaluate project deliverables to ensure requirements are met and brand-compliance upheld

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage job folders, file maintenance, workback schedules, and project documentation
  • Support client meetings by organizing presentation materials and taking notes
  • Assist team members with administrative, project-related, and business development tasks

Financial Management:

  • Budget and scope projects with supervisor assistance
  • Monitor projects to ensure budgeted hours are not exceeded and associated costs remain within budget
  • Prepare invoices upon project completion

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (depending on experience)

Candidate Requirements:

  • 0-3 years industry experience
  • Proficiency in MAC OS, Microsoft, and Google apps
  • Technical savvy and willingness to learn new digital tools and skills
