  • Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses to ensure accurate tracking
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Knowledge of dispatch management service software and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly
  • Knowledge of transportation/travel information and ability to navigate public transportation
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide guidance to staff
  • Knowledge of computer and technology skills, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows
