Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and ensure that cleaning tasks are completed on time.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities maintenance environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
