Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at LT SQUARE MAINTENANCE &SERVICES. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.

  • Physically demanding, requiring standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
