You possess superb interpersonal, communication (oral and written), negotiation, and change management skills and have a history of providing leadership to and team building with professional and clinical staff. Recognized as an effective change leader and successful in building relationships, you have demonstrated your commitment to quality improvement and broader systems-level change.
Estimated Annual Salary: $250,000 - $350,000, depending on experience.
