About Crop Management Network
Crop Management Network is a leading provider of quality crop input products and progressive solutions for Western Canadian agriculture. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Mayerthorpe, AB.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase profit and revenue from new and existing customers.
- Recommend and sell innovative, high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.
- Work closely with the Operations and Administration Team to ensure seamless execution of deliveries and account administration.
- Utilize AgConnexion for field mapping and variable rate technologies to help manage farmers' risk and improve ROI on products purchased from CMN.
- Attend all CMN-required training, meetings, and events.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports using CRM and ERP software.
- Track expenses, health and safety documentation, e-confirmations, timesheets, logbook of mileage, and maintenance records of CMN equipment.
Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of sales experience preferably in agriculture or an Ag-based degree or diploma.
- A valid Class 5 Driver's License and clean driving record are required due to the 75% travel requirement.
- Strong customer-focused approach, excellent communication and people skills, and proven strong computer skills including Microsoft applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, behave in a professional manner, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proven knowledge of sales principles and practices, comfortable working with hazardous chemicals/materials, and physically able to load/unload products for customers.
About the Benefits
Crop Management Network offers a competitive annual salary of $75-90k based on skills and experience, plus top-tier benefits, including an attractive RRSP program, extended health and dental plan, and other benefits such as AD&D insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, Dependent Life Insurance, and Critical Illness.
