We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Supervisor to join our team at ASHCROFT APARTMENTS AND MOTEL. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating or approving rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owners, hiring and supervising support staff, and coordinating the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on client satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They will also be responsible for monitoring progress and cost of work for property owners, compiling and maintaining records on operating expenses and income, and ensuring a prompt response to trouble calls from clients or tenants.
