About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Executive at Publicis Worldwide. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing marketing strategies, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored marketing strategies.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Marketing Strategy Development
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with client objectives and business goals.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Project Management
    • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns and projects on time and within budget.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with account managers, creative directors, and other team members to develop and execute marketing strategies.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • At least 3-4 years of experience in advertising or communications, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
