Job Title: Assistant Accountant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team at Akshar Accounting & Bookkeeping Services. As an Assistant Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion of financial tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless execution of financial processes and projects.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
