At MindJeweller Immigration Services Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and representing the company in official functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, product development, and transportation/travel. They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage events, and conduct performance reviews. Additionally, they will have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Manage events
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Permanent position
  • 30-40 hours per week
  • Willing to travel regularly and internationally
