We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking and processing orders, and selling products to our clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Sell products to customers and meet sales targets
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to provide relevant information on market trends
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
- Enter data into the computer system and CRM
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales
- Specific training in customer service and sales
- Fluent in spoken and written French and English
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices (an asset)
- Strong ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Knowledge of the fire protection and/or plumbing industry (an asset)
- Competitive salary based on skills and experience
- 3 weeks of vacation starting May 1st following 1 year of service
- 12 statutory holidays and paid leaves
- 4 paid personal days per year
- Schedule based on 37.5 hours/week with every other Friday afternoon off
- Group insurance program in effect upon hiring
- Dialogue and employee assistance program
- Collective RRSP with employer participation (4%) in effect after 3 months of continuous service
