Senior Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at MARY BROWN. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional food quality and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Culinary Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to kitchen staff to ensure that menu items are prepared to the highest standards.
- Food Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on all menu items to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Staff Training: Develop and implement training programs to improve staff knowledge and skills.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
This is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Benefits:- Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
