Job Description

This permanent position involves driving as part of a two-person team or convoy, operating lighter, special purpose trucks, and overseeing the condition of vehicles. You will be responsible for inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment, as well as tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Accident or incident reports experience
  • Bill of lading knowledge
  • Driver logbook management
  • Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip) skills
  • Maintenance and repair reports understanding
  • Trans-border documentation expertise
  • Trip reports creation
  • Communication systems experience (trip recorder)
