Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our team at Impulse Drywall Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying successive coats of compound, sanding seams and joints, and installing drywall sheets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply coats of compound and sand surfaces to achieve a smooth finish
  • Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
  • Fills joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife
  • Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets, positioning and securing them to metal or wooden studs or joists
  • Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in drywall finishing
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week
