Lead Security Analyst

Your responsibilities will include maintaining SIEM infrastructure for high availability and performance, collaborating with teams and third parties to enhance SIEM security posture, and serving as a subject matter expert for SIEM within Security Operations and Global Information Security.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Maintain SIEM infrastructure for high availability and performance
* Collaborate with teams and third parties to enhance SIEM security posture
* Serve as SME for SIEM within Security Operations and Global Information Security
* Continuously review and improve SIEM tools security posture
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune SIEM tools
* Develop correlation rules for improved threat detection accuracy
**Requirements:**
* Degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related field
* Extensive experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, ArcSight, LogRhythm) in enterprise environments
* Hands-on role in implementing and maintaining SIEM
* Experience with third parties and stakeholders in complex environments
* Proficient in Linux/Unix and Windows environments; knowledgeable in networking fundamentals and OSI model protocols
* Familiarity with Cloud Security, EDR tools, cybersecurity trends, and information security concepts and standards
