Senior Cyber Security Incident Response Specialist

Sonova, a global leader in innovative hearing solutions, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Cyber Security Incident Response team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating security threats to our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the response to security incidents, ensuring timely containment and resolution.
- Collaborate with external security monitoring services to detect and triage suspicious events.
- Aggregate and analyze security data to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and implement security processes and procedures to improve our incident response capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with global threat intelligence to inform security strategies and incident response actions.
- 3+ years of experience in a related SOC Incident management/Analyst role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify complex security threats.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in cyber security is an asset.
